For Vice Estate, it was important to create a digital presence that feels approachable and easy to use for everyone. The project focused on building a platform where people could explore properties without the overwhelming complexity often found in real estate websites. By combining clear navigation, straightforward layouts, and modern design, the goal was to make the experience welcoming — whether for first-time buyers, renters, or seasoned investors.
Vice Estate is a real estate agency dedicated to making the property search process simple and accessible. Instead of targeting only the luxury market, they focus on serving a broad community — helping families, individuals, and investors alike find homes and opportunities that fit their needs. With an emphasis on trust, transparency, and usability, Vice Estate strives to redefine how people interact with real estate online.
For Vice Estate, I began by focusing on clarity and accessibility. The goal was to strip away unnecessary complexity and create a digital experience that anyone could navigate with ease. I started with research into common pain points people face when browsing real estate online, then translated those insights into simple wireframes and a clean visual design. From there, I built a user-friendly structure that highlights properties in an inviting way, while keeping the overall interface intuitive and approachable.
